SwiftRatings is a free calculator and timer website operated from Georgia. For privacy requests, contact admin@swiftratings.com.

Calculation inputs

No account is required. The tools do not request your name, email address, business name or review text. Interactive calculations run in your browser. We do not keep calculations in an application database.

Calculation links contain the input numbers and model settings. Opening a link sends its URL and numbers to Cloudflare and the server to render the result. Submitting a rating method form with JavaScript disabled also sends its numbers to the server. URLs may remain in browser history and infrastructure logs, and linked calculation pages may be indexed by search engines. Anyone with the URL can view the inputs. Do not use these links for confidential information.

Browser storage and cookies

The site's application code does not set cookies or include advertising or analytics trackers. It uses browser storage for the following functions:

• Pomodoro remembering: saving is off by default. Selecting “Save settings and completed sessions” saves your explicit choice, session lengths and completed-session count in localStorage on your device. These are automatically restored on later visits in this browser. The current countdown and phase are not saved. Turning saving off deletes these data and any old saved count, when storage is available. Resetting or applying new durations saves a count of zero while saving is on. Old count-only data are read only when you explicitly enable saving, then replaced with the new record; they never enable saving automatically. Data remain until you turn saving off or clear browser site data.
• Switching rating methods: when you navigate between rating calculators, sessionStorage temporarily holds compatible inputs and their source so the next calculator can restore them. The entry is removed when a calculator consumes it. Transfers older than 30 minutes are ignored; an unused entry can remain until the tab's browser session ends or you clear site data. These entries are not sent to a separate tracking service.

Your browser may block or clear storage. The tools still work without persistent storage. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the services and protections enabled for a request; these are separate from the application's browser storage.

Hosting and security

We use Cloudflare to host the website, deliver pages and protect the service. Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, routing information and device or browser information. Processing can take place outside Georgia.

Cloudflare's processing and retention depend on the service, account settings and applicable policies. We do not promise that infrastructure requests are never logged or that no personal data is processed. Contact emails

If you email us, we receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Email is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox provider. We use this information to respond to your request and keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and any related obligations or disputes. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process request information to provide the tools and maintain their security and availability. Where applicable, the legal grounds are providing the requested service and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it. Optional Pomodoro saving is enabled by your explicit choice. Contact information is used to handle your request. We do not use these functions to build advertising profiles or sell your personal data.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off Pomodoro remembering, clear browser site data and avoid sharing calculation URLs. Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to the competent data protection authority. Email admin@swiftratings.com with your request. We may need information to verify it; we do not keep a user account or calculation history that identifies every visitor.
